50% deposit at time of booking and balance payable on arrival. Credit card details also required at time of booking.   Visa/Mastercard cards accepted. Payment by personal cheque accepted for deposit only.   Accommodation to be left in the condition it was found or additional cleaning charges may apply.   Unless otherwise arranged, Cottage check in is 2 pm and departure 10 am and villa check in 3 pm and departure 11 am.   No smoking permitted indoors.   In the case of cancellation, full refund if notified 30 days prior to arrival less $30 admin fee. If notified less than 30 days, refund (less admin fee) will only be made if the Cottage/Villa can be relet.   If booking date is changed with less than 14 days notice, transfer of deposit can only be made if the Cottage/Villa can be relet. No administration fee is charged.   Minimum booking 2 nights applies on weekends, 3 nights long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and during school holidays except January holidays when a 7 night minimum applies.   Changeover day for weekly discount Friday, Sunday or Monday.   No arrivals on public holidays.   Both Cottages and Villa have a secure yard.
