Ladies Fashions, Medical Centre,
Children's educational Toy and Lolly shop, Chiropractor, Library and Vet & of course Real Estate Agents (in case you love the place so much you decide to buy - happens a lot!).
- Old Bar Surf Beach is a short stroll up the street and this beach
is Pet Friendly away from the general surfing area if you are travelling with your pooch with leads required at certain times.
There is also a Swimming Pool at the beach plus Park, Playground, BBQs & Skateboard Park, Tennis and Squash courts. There are 42km of uncrowded beaches in the Manning Valley area.
- "Club Old Bar" - NSW Award winning Bowling Club is only a 5 minute stroll from the Cottages and Villa. The Club includes a Bistro and a
Coffee Shop that provides light lunches as well as TAB and ATM facilities. There are also newly opened conference and wedding facilities.

- Saltwater National Park (smallest in NSW) at Wallabi Point is just 4-5 minutes drive away from your accommodation (past Old Bar Family Tavern) with Beach and Lagoon access and great surfing off the point and the perfect shady BBQ picnic area. Walking tracks lead through the park and into adjoining Khappinghat Nature Reserve.
- The nearby fishing Village of Manning Point (15-20 min drive) where the River meets the Ocean offers 4WD beach access (permits from the general
store) and boat or kayak hire or you can fish from the beach or jetty.
- Fishing supplies and hire are available from the Manning Point Marina
which also now houses the newly opened Waterbird Restaurant. With absolute water frontage, you can enjoy coffee and cake on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and breakfast, lunch and dinner from Thursdays onwards. Not

- Fabulous fresh Oysters can also be purchased direct from the Oyster
farmers here. The Blue Water Cafe opposite the River at Manning Point has light meals and is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Manning Point Bowling Club offers visitors great hospitality and service and
