The Villa is very spacious with open plan design & stylishly furnished with quality inclusions throughout and absolutely every comfort of home including ducted airconditioning. There are 3 bedrooms that accommodate 6 (queen, double and 2 singles) and an ensuite to the master bedroom with walk in robe as well as a 3-way bathroom with bath.

The large kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher & microwave and is VERY well equipped. The lounge/dining area has a widescreen TV, Video, DVD & CD players and a library of games, books, magazines and DVDs, as well as a telephone for local & STD calls and Internet computer connection. The laundry includes a clothes dryer.

Two fenced grassed courtyard areas will accommodate a small well behaved pet or an older pet not requiring a lot of room for exercise. Bushwalking trails are a minute walk away.  There is a paved BBQ area and large double garage with automatic door for car/boat.

We are close also to bush trails that meander down to the beach and great fishing spots.

The surrounding area offers forest drives, rainforest walks, unspoilt beaches, the beautiful Manning River, stunning waterfalls and spectacular mountain scenery.
